What's Kalamazoo Multi-Tasking Services all about?

It is an an outsourcing company for your personal and business needs. I offer multiple services to benefit you. I come to you, if you are in the surrounding area or virtually, so you can use your time where it is needed.

I do all the leg work for you. If you can use a telephone or the internet, I can do the rest.

I offer extended business hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm for those last minute thoughts and questions.

Who ARE we anyway?

I have taken my years of experience, in the business world,  in the customer service industry, computer world, and I have merged them into a business which is uniquely human in this impersonal world of the internet.

I am a fairly new business, serving Kalamazoo, MI and surrounding areas and virtually anywhere. After over 20 years of experience I decided to put my business savvy, customer service experience, legal training, and computer knowledge to use - time to start my own company. And so, I made the leap. Here we are. Committed to giving businesses more options and quality service.

In this world of automated email responses and endless voice mail loops, one of the goals on which I  desire, is to keep the company human.

You don't even need an office and the expense of up keep and employment. I can perform the administrative duties via the internet. I can help with your advertising, company newsletters, and more. I can help with some of your legal issues.
